Redemption Solar & Roofing Commercial division

Commercial roofing for buildings that never close.

Roof replacement, repair, and rooftop solar for property managers, HOA communities, and facility teams across Louisville and Southern Indiana. Planned around the people inside.

Marine Corps veteran-owned. Serving Kentuckiana.

Most roof problems get found by a tenant with a bucket.

By then you're paying for an emergency on the leak's schedule, not yours. We'd rather walk the roof first, show you what we find, and help you plan the work while it's still your call.

Property managers

One accountable contact for every roof you manage, from a single leak call to a walk of the whole portfolio.

HOA communities

Clear findings with photos that your manager can put in front of the board before the vote, not after the leak.

Facilities and institutions

Work scheduled around shifts, patients, students, and your safety program, with documentation your capital plan can use.

Treyton Oak Towers, Old Louisville

A senior living high-rise that never empties out. Material went up by crane from the front lot, and crews worked around a cooling tower, rooftop mechanicals, a cell carrier's equipment, and the residents' own roof deck.

The roof, and the solar that goes on it

One company for the roof and the array on top of it, with one point of contact for both.

Roof replacement
Single-ply TPO, PVC, and EPDM systems, plus commercial metal roofing.
Repairs and leak response
Leaks traced to the source and fixed, on one building or across a portfolio.
Storm and hail inspections
A documented baseline after a weather event, whether or not a claim gets filed.
Rooftop solar
Commercial solar from the same company that knows the roof under it.

Start with a free roof assessment

No cost and no obligation. The written report is yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

  1. Send the addresses

One building or the whole portfolio. Flag any known leaks or trouble spots so we know where to look first.

  2. We walk the roofs

On site and on your schedule, with your maintenance lead along if you want. Plan on about thirty minutes per building.

  3. You get a written report

Condition, photos, and what needs attention first, so you can budget the work instead of reacting to it.

Straight answers

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. No charge, no obligation, and the written report is yours either way.

Can you work on an occupied building?

Yes. Treyton Oak Towers stayed occupied through its project. Crane picks, staging, and roof access get planned with your staff before work starts.

Can you handle a whole portfolio?

Yes. Send the list. We'll assess one building or all of them, with one point of contact for every roof.

What roof systems do you work on?

TPO, PVC, and EPDM single-ply membranes, plus commercial metal. Not sure what's on your building? The assessment will tell you.

Can you send a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Ask, and it goes straight into your vendor file.

Who will we deal with?

Jon Hainline runs the commercial division. He's your contact from the first walk to the final punch list.

Where do you work?

Louisville and Southern Indiana. Redemption also has locations in the Carolinas, so ask about buildings outside the metro.

Request your free roof assessment

Send Jon the building addresses and anything you already know about the roofs. He'll set up the walk.
